I installed the Mozilla Firefox, but I did not get any image, icon or fonts in my computer. What happened next was that I got an ugly logo of Windows7. I tried to seek troubleshooting procedures, but I did not find any. What shall I do whenever this happens?  Thank you.

Hi Bashemath,

To fix your problems regarding the unavailability of image, icons or fonts in your computer you must try to check your Flash plug-in status.  You will know whether your plug-in is outdated. If you know that so might probably the reason why you can't be able to see images whenever you are using Mozilla Firefox.

To make it updated try this link : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck//

If the problem still does exist, try also creating a new Firefox profile in following this link:

Hope this might help you.

Thanks

Hi there user,

There are several types of ugly image on the screen. Did it look-like a corrupted image, Pixilated or literally just ugly? Pixilated images or icons are a sign of incompatibility to your unit. If it didn’t get fixed by a restart, you must check your version.

Here you can view the system requirements for Mozilla Firefox users.

 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/23.0.1/system-requirements/

The other cause, although many would conclude a bit far cause of this trouble is your Antivirus. Software is defected; it could be a dysfunction of your antivirus. Make sure you have updated your antivirus for safety.

Thank you for posting.
