Good thing there’s Google Translate to translate the Spanish texts in the error message. The message says “the file name, directory or volume label is not valid”. The reason for getting this error is maybe because you are saving the phone’s data in an invalid location or path set in Path under Flashing tab.

Maybe the path is located in a network which is currently unreachable or the current folder doesn’t allow saving of data. Open Windows Explorer and go to the folder indicated or that was set in Path. See image.

If you can access the folder set in the configuration, close the application then restart your computer. Start mobileEx Professional Service Suite and then save your handset’s files again. If it still doesn’t work, you need to save the files to a different location. Create a new folder in your hard drive and then select that folder in the Path field of the program.

Once the new folder is set in the application, you can now save the files of your mobile phone.
