Hello! I have a Nexus 7 2nd generation that keeps on crashing the video apps after I updated it to the latest android OS which is android lollipop. This particularly happens with the YouTube application on the device. As soon as I play the video, the app crashes. All other apps are working fine. How can I resolve this issue? Is there a fix available for the YouTube app?

Possible that the application got corrupted when you upgraded to android lollipop. You can try going to Settings, then Apps, then choose the application (You tube) then Clear Cache. Try to reload the application and check if it works. If the above step did not work try Wiping the Cache partition. To wipe the Cache Partition if you need to have your Nexus turned off then Press and hold the Volume Down button whiles pressing and holding the Power button at the same time and wait at the tablet to turn on. You will see options and use the Volume Down button until you highlight "Recovery mode". Press the Power button to start Recovery mode and you will see the Android logo with a red exclamation mark and the words "No command". Hold down the Power button and then press the Volume up button and then use the Volume buttons to scroll and choose "wipe cache partition" then press Power button to select. Use volume button to scroll down to Yes – erase all user data, then press the Power button to start wiping cache data.
