Hi,
I have Windows 7 running on my computer. I have tried to download different games from NEXON on official website but all attempts trigger the error shown below. Anyone with suggestions?

Downloading the Nexon Game Manage (NGM) you are receiving the error because the Nexon download server is unable to be accessed or a downloaded document is blocked from saving the server to your PC. To solve this problem follows these steps:
1. Clear the temporary internet files for IE, & next restart your computer & re-install NGM.
If the error still occur go to step 2.
2. For that steps need to disable anti-virus, firewall & other security programs.
If these steps didn't work go to step 3.
3. In this situation try a Winsock reset & flush the DNS cache.   Â
a) Type the "cmd" in the start search box.
b) Right-click “cmd.exe“& select the "Run as administrator".
c) Type the "ipconfig /flushdns" & press "Enter" keyboard.
d) Type the "netsh winsock reset" & press "Enter" keyboard.
After that Restart the computer again.
If the above process, try to shut off the Internet & reset the router for 5 minutes to flush the cache.
