Though the blower is very noisy, it has a very good effect on my processor. It no longer generates heat. I can even hold it after removing it from the processor socket. It’s cold as if it was not used. Now, when I convert the same 800 MB AVI file, it only takes around 30 minutes to complete it and it’s a big difference.

Though my computer sounds like a jet fighter because of the blower, it performs at its maximum speed. I’m not asking you to also buy a modified cooling fan.
