Hiya,

I got an error that the software manager does not recognize this product after upgrading to Account Right 2012.
 
The desktop icon for MYOB has disappeared. Now when I try to open the file I receive a weird error
 
The network computer has a different version of Account Right
 
Error "The network computer has a different version of Account Right. To connect, both computers need the same version installed."
 
This is bizarre as I am not executing anything over the network.
 
Please help me fix this issue.

Hi,

You must uninstall the software and take out all the system files related to it. To do this you may utilize the ‘Advance System Care’. There is a tool option from where select the Uninstall with Advanced enabled. Now do the task of uninstalling and removing.

This error occurred when the version of MYOB installed on your computer is different with other installed MYOB software on other computer, it should be same version to work successfully.
