I am trying to stream a video on Netflix. I have a good internet connection but I keep getting the error ui 122 error. Please help. How can I resolve this issue?

You can solve your problem in two ways.
- You need to make sure that your WLAN supports A/V streaming. If you have a shared or public network, consult your administrator for internet usage policies. Make sure Netflix is not purposely blocked on your network.
- If everything above is right, trying connecting your DSL cable or modem directly to your device. Turn off the device. Now plug the Ethernet cable into your device in the proper port. Power off the modem for some time. Turn on the modem. Now, restart your device.
