I’m not sure what happened but I am now getting error code U7361-1254-C00D4E87 when watching on Netflix. It works fine earlier and several days back. So, what caused the problem? I tried restarting but nothing happened.

On Netflix, this error code means the information stored on your computer, if you have Windows 10, needs to be refreshed. They said a simple system restart is enough to fix this problem. Click “Start” then select to shut down the computer. Wait about twenty seconds. After this, press the power button to turn on the computer again.

After booting, start Netflix then run a show. Check if there is still any problem. If this doesn’t work, try troubleshooting your connection. If your computer is connected to a Wi-Fi router using a cable, disconnect the network cable from the network port then plug it back in. Open your web browser and visit a website then try clicking some links.

Verify that your internet connection is working. If this doesn’t work, disconnect the other end of the cable from the router then plug it back in. If this doesn’t work, restart the router. If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off then unplug it from the power for about twenty (20) seconds.

Press any button on the router to discharge any leftover power or to power cycle. After this, plug the router back to the power and turn it on.
