Hello,

I need your help on firefox fox news videos. I don’t know what is the difference between IE and Firefox when I view FoxNews video. There is no problem with IE but the video cannot play on Firefox.  The firefox version is : 2.0.0.3. Do you know why? Any plug-in stalled for it? Or needs upgrading firefox version. Please help.

Hello Joelabrame ,
You should make sure that you do the following:
1) Disable “Adblock Plus” if you have installed it in your FF.
2) Cookies should be enabled.
3) JavaScript should also be enabled.
4) Windows Media Player plugin should be working.
5) Flash plugin should be working as well.
After that you can try FF and it should play the video.
