My iPhone really needs a very updated antivirus as I have to use the internet regularly. Can anyone help me with a free antivirus software? I want to block malicious content and harmful spyware with notification.

I believe I can help you in the solving of your question, you can get an antivirus for your iPhone by simply going to the website; and downloading the anti-virus. You need however to specify your iPhone type.
