Probably it is caused by the system file missing. There are many caused for this type of problem. Sometimes it may occur by the uncompleted instillation. Secondly it may caused by the various. Besides this is if you shutdown your computer incorrectly. Another cause of this type of problem is short-circuiting of your power supply. For the solution of this problem you may need to reset window of your computer. First you should format your c drive and install the window again. You must see that your anti various is update. After re instillation you must scene the hall computer. I wish it may solve your problem. Thank you.

Hello Shopon,

Did this happen only one time or is it happening frequently? If it is a onetime happening then you do not have to worry, computers sometimes malfunction and that could just one of the cases, as long as it did not cause tragic results like losing information or crushing your system.

If the problem is happening all the time, then there could be a problem with your operating system. It could be having some registry issues, or may be it could be infected by viruses that are causing the operating system to malfunction. You might want to restore it to a previous state before the error started occurring.

If your computer keeps on restarting, try booting the machine using the last known good configuration option. Start or restart the computer then press F8 before the Windows logo appears. In “Advanced Boot Options” screen, scroll down and select “Last known good configuration” then hit Enter. This will boot the system using the last known good settings that worked.

If this doesn’t work, try using the System File Checker utility. Boot the computer and log in to your administrator account. Once you are logged in, press the Windows key + R to bring up the “Run” dialog then type without quotes “sfc /scannow” then hit Enter. Insert the Windows setup CD or DVD on your optical drive when you are prompted then continue.

When it is finished, restart the computer. If you cannot perform this because you cannot login to your account, do it in Safe Mode. Repeat the same steps to access the “Advanced Boot Options” screen. Here, select “Safe Mode” then hit Enter. After this, repeat the same steps to run sfc. If the problem continues, try updating the driver of every device on your computer.

When your computer keeps rebooting randomly, it could be a problem with one of the devices that’s failing. You need to identify which device is beginning to fail and then replace it.
