Hey Jaycelin Nimbus,

It seems that your computer is infected by a Trojan virus named Win32.CP4000. You should take following measures to get rid of this situation. Make sure to update your antivirus first if you have already installed one in your computer.

  • If you recently installed any toolbar or any sort of adware/illegal software etc. in your computer, make sure to uninstall that first.
  • If the problem persists, make sure to enable the windows updates and try to install latest updates from Microsoft which would include windows defender and windows default virus removal tools. Most probably this would resolve your problem.
  • If the problem persists, go to run > type “msconfig” (without quotes) and press enter. In the startup tab look for any suspicious entry and disable that entry which looks suspicious or named awkward. Restart your computer

I hope you problem is resolved by now.

You can use any anti-virus program to scan your PC for any existing malware. But in conditions like if the virus does not allow you to install any anti-virus program then re-installing the operating system will be a better option.

Or try creating a new user account (with administrator rights) and logon using this newly created account after restart and check if this message appears again! If not, then install an anti-virus and scan your whole hard disk using this account. This is trick is helpful because most viruses have access only to that account on which they have been generated.
