My hp desktop won t boot up

I have HP desktop and I turn situation on the situation is not booting. A black screen is showing. The text says that I need a safe mood. Or start Windows normally. These two choices. I have ticked on all of them from one to one. Just my xp window is not booting and I think I don’t need a startup CD.I am just toward throwing my PC. Someone please tell me the magic how to fix this problem?

This problem is completely fixable. You just need the help equally toward taking the problem repair shop or get someone who guide you completely. There are two methods toward it

One is booted into the windows recovery console and use DOS command and run the CHDSK or scandisk will scan your entire hard drive and it will repair any bad command and replace boot up files. When it’s executed, then start Windows normally again. And you don’t require a startup CD you can the situation will be ok.

And 2nd option is that you received a CD put into your computer and reinstall your window and lose all the files or folder you created, you need files in any folder is lie my doc.
