My FTP Server has encountered a problem

Hi Experts,

My FTP Server has encountered a problem. I wanted to put some files in it. However, it disconnected throwing an error message. It says, "Timeout decked. Copying files to remote side failed. Opening BINARY mode data connection for ——-". I have no idea for the reason behind the issue. Please help me to get a remedy.

First i would like to know about your internet connection if it is a low band dialup connection it can happen sometimes in other case there happen some file corruption for the FTP software, the best solution is to uninstall the software and make a restart then again install it may solve your problem. Another solution is to install other FTP software as cute FTP of Crystal FTP or you can choose as you wish from internet.
