One of the main reason is that you might be working in hot environment. Check that your fan are working properly. If you can get addition internal fan. If you had internal fan check that is it working or its block. Usually block internal fan cause such problem. It's easy just open your cabinet and ensure you take every wire plug off. Please use safe precaution. Hope this will help you.
