Sometimes I see notifications like remote desktop established etc.
I am afraid that my data can be stolen.

As you said that your computer is being accessed remotely. You should change the remote desktop settings for your computer.
It is very easy to make these settings.
Just do as I direct you.
Right click on computer and choose properties.
Then click on Remote Settings, as shown in the picture below.
It will open a new window left to it.
Remove the tick from the check box “Allow remote assistance connection to this computer” and see lower options.
Choose “Don’t allow connections to this computer” now you are safe.
Remote connections are disabled.
