I am using Eclipse, Aptana, and NetBeans from past few years. Setting up an Eclipse, Aptana or installing the plugins has been always a headache project. I got conflicting with the plugins and after an update. Error message telling me something similar to this:

Looks like something's wrong with your paths and there are several things you can try:
 
The first thing you should do is to move your Aptana folder to the C:/Aptana Studio. While running the software make sure you're using the Administrator user.
 
Another thing to do is to open Eclipse, go to Preferences – Install/update and try to check the available software sites there. You will most likely find the entry for aptana.com. That is an invalid link causing your problems so uncheck the box and select
