Hi Genius,

I am new to Linux world, learning it. To my knowledge I have one authentication agent in my system, but the error message says it already exists. How can I find out there is more than one authentication agent? Is it a bug? If it is how it will be fixed? Help me to fix the issue. Your help is appreciated.

This is a common error message observed with KALI, LMDE or even with Debian Linux users. In order to fix this move inside Application Menu and then Settings and then Session and select start up.

Now move to the auto start tab and un-check LXPolkit. This should solve the problem for ever.

The simplest way to resolve this is to go through the Application Menu and click on Settings. And then go to Session and Startup as shown below:

And then, untick the LXPolkit under the Application Autostart tab in the Session and Startup window and click Close when done.
