Hi experts,
During the install of MozyPro this error appeared and closed the install because if I hit the Retry button the same error appears again and again. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What could be the problem and please tell me how can I prevent this kind of error to appear in the future with another programs.

Mozy Pro Setup error installing the program
Since you did not mention the version you are installing, check if you meet the requirements. The problem is quite confusing because if you are using Windows XP then you should be able to install it without a problem. When installing the program, make sure you are using an administrator account. If you are using a limited user account which doesn’t have administrative privileges then it could be the problem why you can’t install it.
Another possible reason is if you are installing a very old version. If this is the case, install the latest version. Download and install MozyPro 2.26.4 Backup Software. It supports Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2012 for servers. For non-servers, it requires Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 both x86 and x64.
