I am using Windows 7 Operating System and getting the following error message saying ‘Mozilla Thunderbird cannot use the profile “Paul” because it is in use’. I just created another profile to fix this problem but the same problem displayed. How can I resolve this error message? Have any idea? Please suggest me proper. Thanks.

The first thing you should do is to look through your process and task list once you have done this you must then look for each instant of the Mozilla application and shut it down if this fails to solve the problem i would then recommend you to restart your computer.In my case the most common cause of this problem is that simply you didn't shut down the application properly however if you take these simple steps your problem will be solved in no time.
