Hi

To solve the problem with your mouse, first disconnect the mouse from your pc. Then check it carefuly is there any dust. If you get that there is dust under the mouse from where the laser comes out clean it with soft cloth making wet in alcohol. If the mouse is not optical than open the retaining ring and clean the trackball. Then connect with your pc again and see what happens.

You can also try your mouse with another pc to be sure that your mouse is ok. From control panel reinstall device driver for mouse. If your mouse still is not working than buy a new one.

Best of luck

I think there is some issues in mouse. Due to getting little heat it is not working, if it is old type mouse, change it to USB Mouse. USB mouse is better than old boll type mouse.

Hello Dear,

It seems that you are using a USB Mouse, because some USB mice have the problem of becoming idle for some time. If you are having this problem with your mouse while you are not keeping your mouse idle, then this is a hardware problem.

Inside the mouse there is a big chip which controls movement of the mouse. You will see that when your mouse is not working and you are forced to restart your computer, the LED inside of the mouse was on at that time, but there is no movement.

This is the mouse circuit inside of it.

In fact, this big chip in the mouse heats up and stops working. There is no way to repair this chip. Just replace your mouse. Thanks.
