Hi everyone!
I was using Mozy for the past 7 days. After 8 daily backups, Mozy reported,
Connection Error3: Mozy Error. More than 7 days had passed since the last successful backup.
My Internet connection is working just fine. I tried to start a backup manual now, but it is stuck at "Communicating with Mozy Home servers".
Can someone help me out with this?

Hey Pal,
Basically, the problem lies on Mozy's side. You're not the only one who have this kind of problem. As a matter of fact, this has been an on going problem. You only have 1 or 2 options, wait (which usually takes weeks), or switch to a different backup provider. Mozy had lost their touch to people and started focusing on their advertisements.

Hi James,
This is a regular problem with Mozy, and you are not the only person facing this. Mozy is starting to become a useless backup provider and there is no solution to this problem.
The only thing you can do is to contact them and ask for help which they will provide you after a few weeks.
I would recommend you to switch to some other providers such as carbonate, keepit.com, Idrive, backblaze, etc. If you want more options, go to this link. You can see ranking and reviews here.
On this site, Mozy is losing its pace, and I think it might also be dropped from the ranking.
