When I press power button on my pc, my CPU started but my monitor did not response. It takes 1-2 min to show display. When I want to boot my pc, I cannot see the first screen. So it’s very difficult to me to boot my pc.
So can you give me a suggestion what is actually my problem?

You already have a problem with your monitor. Maybe it's quite old already that's why its acting like that. When monitors and also in TV sets take time to display a picture upon turning ON, most causes is on the picture tube inside. But sometimes its due to the age of the appliance. You can't do anything about it. It doesn't have a problem. You can use. The only problem is taking too long to start displaying a picture on boot. Even if you call a video technician, the result might still not change. I suggest giving your monitor a rest and buying a new one. There's a lot of high-end monitors today. Especially, LCD monitors. If you can afford, better to buy an HD LCD monitor. This will give you the best view when watching movies on your computer or when you are playing a game.
