Mini Stream Ripper refuses to be uninstalled

Hello experts

I installed Mini Stream Ripper on my PC but now I would like to uninstall it. So I uninstalled the software. That deleted the software from start menu button although the Mini Stream Ripper folder still contains all the files in my Program Folders.

Each time I attempted to delete ANY of the files (see the screenshot below) I receive an Access denied error message.

I tried to remove it using cmd prompt command, but I also received access is denied error message. I need to completely remove this program.

If I open the "ripper.exe"in the program folders, then the software starts and it can be used normally. So actually, the software wasn't uninstalled. Need your help to solve this weird error. Please help. Thanks.

 

Error:

Error Deleting File or Folder    
Cannot delete Ripper: Access is denied.    
Make sure the disc is not full or write-protected    
and that the file is not currently in use.

I have two methods here that will absolutely help you with your issue:

Method 1: Please make sure that the account you are using is an administrator so we can perform this task. You can visit the Microsoft’s Website for more information about having admin account.

 

Method 2: Ask the administrator to allow the essential permissions. You can visit the Microsoft’s Website for more information about allowing and getting permission from admin.

https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/ and also, IT MAY HAVE BEEN INFECTED BY VIRUS THAT IS WHY YOU CAN’T PERFORM ANY TASK.
