Hello,

I’m having a problem opening Microsoft office word starter 2010. I get 4 different error messages given below. I tried my best as I can to remove these errors but could not. I need your help to fix this issue immediately.

Thanks in advance.

WINWORDC.EXE-Bad Image

C:/Program File (x86)/Microsoft Application Virtualization

Client/sentinel.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact you system administrator or the software vendor for support.

Hi Andrew,

As the error itself tell what the problem of your Microsoft Word 2010. As the error says "Client/sentinel.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error" it means that you do not install the application completely. Did you encounter any error during the installation process? Uninstall and reinstall again your Microsoft Office and make sure that you install it completely. If the same error happens after reinstalling the application it means that your Microsoft Office is not compatible with your computer system I suggest to download or buy the Microsoft Office that compatible to your system.
