I think that there is more than one solution for this, I didn’t know the details why this happening with you but I have some suggestions.

 

First, maybe you are using a div as a button and you should check your code because some people report the same issue and we found that this is the problem.

 

Second, some people report that you should check the version of jQuery, maybe you need a newer version from jQuery.
