Hi guys,

While installing LGS version 8.01 (lgs801_x64.exe) on my Windows 7 64-bit I received an error message.

The screenshot of the error message is as under.

I tried to install it several times but no result. Have you any idea for the runtime error?

Please help.

Hello Jean,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us. As you mention you get a Runtime error. This type of error can be caused by these two factors:

1. Runtime components of Visual C++ libraries are missing.

2. Software problem

If you get a first reason then you have reinstalled the Runtime components of Visual C++ libraries to resolve the problem

Still the problem is not solved then it is a software problem. Then take clean boot and check whether it is a software conflict issue. Hope this helps
