My Microsoft Outlook hangs and when I refresh the Outlook, it gives me an error message which says ‘MAPI Spooler. And it displays the error number’.  I am not able to remove the message. Please help me to remove the messages and receiving mails. I can bale to receive and send messages through Outlook, but it is not possible from Word. I will really be thankful for all help and support.

Microsoft Outlook Error Message – “MAPI Spooler”

Hi Genelyn,

This issue may be caused by a missing Mapisp32.exe file. It may have been renamed or removed by your security protection program. This usually happens when you use ThunderByte Anti Virus software. You may need to search for any files with name Mapisp32. It could have been named as mapisp32.exe. You just need to rename it back to Mapisp32.exe. If it is not there, just look for the file on your recovery file and advise your antivirus to allow it. If it is not on its proper location, you need to uninstall Outlook together with Windows messaging and reinstall it.

It can also be due to the deleting of a Mapi related process via an end task process which is Ctrl + alt + del buttons. You just need to delete and end all Mapi related applications then start again.
