I like to use Microsoft Outlook as my email client. I am a very good internet connection, and I can surf the internet easily with the browser. But I have Outlook connection issues in sending and receiving emails. Please help.

if you cannot send and receive emails from Microsoft Outlook, here is what you can do.
- Check your internet connection once again.
- Make you that the Work offline button on Microsoft Outlook’s Menu bar is flagged as off. When it is off, it is not highlighted.
- You can also rebuild the Outlook data file. Here is how you can do it.
- Open the Control Panel
- Locate the Mail icon.
- You should find a file named with your email address
- Open the location of this file.
- Delete this file.
- Restart Outlook.
