Hello to all!

Can anyone tell me what specific profile I should synchronize with MS Outlook and how is it done?

How can I find the "current profile" needed to solve this error?

Thanks for your help, guys!

Error:

Cannot open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your outlook data file (.ost).

Hello there! Try the following methods:

  1. Click Start > Start Search > then type the following: Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

  2. Check if MS Outlook is in a compatibility mode. Open My Computer > Local Disk C > Program Files > Microsoft Office > Office 12 > Outlook.exe. Right click on Outlook.exe and click on Properties and then click on Compatibility tab. If you see any check boxes in the compatibility mode options, uncheck all the boxes and click on Apply > OK. Just make sure that you also click on the option “change settings for all users” tab at the bottom of the same screen. Try to open the outlook again and see if it works.

  3. Try repairing Office. Check out this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/924611/how-to-install-the-individual-2007-office-features-or-to-repair-the-in
