I cannot open any of my excel files lately and this is getting me into serious predicament. I do not know what is causing this problem all on a sudden. I need to solve this problem and I need to do it quick so should someone know how to fix it kindly let me know.

You don’t need to worry, this problem do exist sometime with MS office, not only in excel but many times in word and other office application. Just go to this ink and follow the steps https://forums.techguy.org/threads/cant-open-excel-files-by-double-clicking-has-to-load-withen-excel.294819/. Hope your document or file will be open and problem will be resolved. If your problem not resolved then try to restart your computer.
Sometime installing MS office again will also be helpful. In some cases this problem is due to virus so also try to run antivirus. Hope you get out of this problem. If you have same type of problem with any other application of Microsoft office then do the same.
