Hi,

I was using Exchange 2010 and suddenly am getting an error “The process terminated unexpectedly” when I open the program. Any ideas?

Windows could not start the Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access service on Local Computer.

Hi Robert,
The error is because the services of the Exchange server did not start. You need to start the services manually by following the below steps:
1) On the ‘Start’ menu,Click ‘Run’, type ‘services.msc’, then Click ‘OK’
2) In the Result pane, find a Microsoft Exchange service
3) Right Click on the service, Click ‘Restart’
4) Repeat steps 2 & 3 for all Exchange services that do not start
