Microsoft Excel is not installed

Whenever I am trying to open a document in MS Excel, I am getting the following error message. "Microsoft Excel is not installed", Sometimes, the following message appears, "Could not open the specified file because Microsoft Excel is not installed."

At first I installed “Microsoft Excel Viewer” in my pc but unfortunately it hasn’t worked. Later I installed Excel’10 but unfortunately the same thing is happening again and again. Do you know what the problem is? I can’t figure it out.

Will you please help me?

Hello,

I am suggesting that you have to uninstall your Microsoft excel or Microsoft office. Go to your control panel and uninstall a program or add/remove the specific software after that you have to download another Microsoft office, try this website https://en.softonic.com/s/microsoft-office-2007-full-version

Hello,

Try these following steps.

1. Try to uninstall Excel’10 that you have installed, and then restart your computer.

2. Now, reinstall your Excel’10 and try to open your excel file.

3. If the problem still persists, uninstall Excel’10.

4. Then install ms office which is the best way to open excel or any other file document.
