Here I will discuss briefly about the way to eradication of the recurring alert message. After following the instruction you will be able prevent the persisting problem.
Alert message when synchronization of Microsoft is happening because active synchronization is unable in searching of money file. In this case you should change the file name for changing name chooses Microsoft money> select options and the file name will appear under settings.
This problem may be happen due to dissimilarity of the Money for the pocket pc and desktop money version.so before transaction you have to keep the same version of both for successful transaction. Otherwise troubleshooting may be happened. Change expansion card of Money for the pocket pc to main memory card. Using latest version of windows can help to get rid of the problem.
