I want to know which SIM is compatible with IPhone 6 Micro SIM or Nano SIM. The reason I'm asking this question is I'm gonna buy IPhone 6 in two days and already bought a new Micro SIM but later I'm in this dilemma which will require for IPhone until this did not thought about it so please let me know.

IPhone 6 requires A Nano SIM. You can check it on the Apple site here.
You have mentioned that you have already bought a Micro SIM. There are two solutions to cut a Micro SIM to Nano SIM. You can try it, if you wish to, on your own risk
Solution 1
 Using a Nano Sim Card cutter available in the market. However, the thickness of a Micro SIM is 0.76mm whereas for a Nano SIM it is 0.67 mm. You might have to thin it down using a sandpaper.

Though both the articles say IPhone 5, the same SIM card would work for IPhone 6 also.
