I want to search some pages but I am not able to do this because of the following reasons. I am using Internet Explorer 6.0. Does anybody know why this is? Help me please

The error message you attached appears when you have damaged or corrupted HTTP settings. Please verify your HTTP settings. To perform this please follow these steps:
1. From Control panel go to default programs
2. Here find set program tab and select it.
3. Go to A Configuration -> Custom
4. Check your default browser settings and choose the browser other than Internet Explorer as default browser.
