I scanned my downloaded software with some Antivirus software, and it shows that it has no virus.

But I got an error from McAfee Site Advisor and stated that the site from where I downloaded the software is risky.

What should I do with it? Is it not safe to continue?

I need advices.

Sometimes there are both possible situations are present. The site might be dangerous or there are some contents on the site that are harmful for you.

The reason why they alert is because these antivirus have a predefined set of libraries which includes all the harmful links from all over the world. Suppose there is a clean site and someone had pasted a harmful link on that site which is already in the library of antivirus then the antivirus detects that site as a potential threat to you. So it blocks the website to be accessed by you.

However if you are 100 percent sure that the site is not harmful for you and that you can visit it or have visited it then you can ignore the warning and keep browsing the site.
