MARC server encountered a problem while uploading an image

Hi Experts,

The problem is with my MARC server. Have a look at the two screenshots below. I uploaded an image and received the first ok report. While uploading another image I received the second error report. Have you any idea for the issue? Please help.

Hi,

This vigilant point out that Enterprise Vault has examined but cannot locate entries that have been recently backed up. There might be a setback with your backup or duplication procedures.

Your actions might not have been configured for this partition or may have failed. If the partition has previously backed up then the issue is probable to be in the backup measures. If the partition has not at all been backed up subsequently you must attach it to your backup measures.
