Malwarebytes find today on my laptop an infected object. During the scan this error appeared and closed the program. I ran a new scan again and the same error reappeared. Any solution ? I have this error because of these viruses ?

Sandie, this error is related to the list of exclusions in your anti virus program.
You can avoid this error adding the following files to your antivirus exclusion files:

Note that in this example the Malwarebytes software is installed in the folder Program Files on the C root directory. Change to the one used in your case if not is the same.
After doing this restart your computer and try to scan with Malwarebytes again.
