Can you help me identify at what point do you think I made a mistake when trying the SkyDox plug-in for PowerPoint because I can’t open it?

This error message has just came out. What should I need to do then?

Can I resolve this on my own?

There was an error during installation.

Name: SkyDoxAddIn – SkyDoxAddIn.

From: http://install.skydox.com/addinppt/SkyDoxAddin.vsto.
