I recently purchased a Toshiba laptop with windows Vista operating system. I want to watch TV programs on my laptop. I purchased a SSD-TV-813 USB2.0 TV tuner and installed it in my laptop. Then I tried to run it, but it shows that the driver is not installed. I am searching for driver for laptop TV tuner. Please tell me how I can resolve my problem ? Is there problem due to hardware or software?

Sorry to hear about your problem. Check if you can download the driver from http://www.bioticaindia.com/ssd-tv-813.html
What you also can do is, go to device manager by clicking on Start, right click on my computer and go to properties. Click on device manager.
This screen will be next to list all your hardware that is installed on your PC.
When the drive is not installed a yellow triangle will be next to it.
Double click on it and will open a new screen. Click on the driver tab, click on update driver.
This will come next.
Before you click on the top tab, make sure that your updates is set to automatic updates.
That you will find in your control panel.
System and security.
Switch automatic updates on or off.
Install automatic updates on (recommended).
Press ok.
Now you can click on search for automatic update driver software.
