CaI am looking for an application that runs in the background to connect Outlook 2011 to Growl Notifier for my MS Exchange account. I am using Mac OS X 10.6.7. Any assistance would be much appreciated!!Â

Good day! I know that you would like to know if there is an application that runs in the background that will connect your Outlook 2011 for your MS exchange then the answer is yes. It is the AppleScript.  In order for you to download the AppleScript, you will need to install first the Outlook and Growl. You do not need to worry, the AppleScript software is editable.  All you need to do is to save the script, put it in the Outlook Script Menu folder. You can locate the folder inside the Microsoft User Data  within the Documents folder. Next, you will need to create a Rule in the Outlook then configure it. Once it is already configured, choose the script you downloaded and you need to make sure the Rule is enabled. Now, whenever you get an email you will see the Growl notification using the default Growl style.
