Hi, I am downloading LifeCam Software 3.0 through disc and this error was started when I am using the webcam, "lifecam.exe has facing a trouble and had to escape. Sorry for this interruption.” I have deleted the program and downloaded other software in Microsoft website but when I started my webcam again, the same error appears. I really need help. Thanks.
LifeCam Software 3.0 is Facing a Trouble
You will need to uninstall the application completely from your computer, and not just deleting it and do a clean uninstallation. After you have uninstalled the application from your system, you will need to do the following:

Run the disk cleanup utility to remove any files that are associated with that application.

Also execute the ccleaner application so as to repair any broken registry entries that might be also causing the problem occur. It is a third party application and therefore you will need to download it and install it.

After you have done that, you will need to get another copy of the lifecam software that you are sure that it does not have problems and install it.
