I have heard that Lenovo's K800 phone has already been released in China, would anyone know when it will be released in other areas within the Pacific region?

Hello there user:

Lenovo k800 unit was announced on the first week of January 2012.

And as I turned back, according to the news I have heard and read, the ‘official release’ worldwide was on May 2012.

A bunch anticipated it! And I can say I’m one of them. Nice specs!

Thank you for asking via techyv.com,

The Lenovo K800 was planned to be released some time this year. But the exact date was still not known. But according to the website where I found the review about the Smartphone, the Lenovo K800 is set to be released on the second quarter of this year, 2013.

So, it would be some time between April until June for its official release. This handset is really not that high end as others might think of although it will be the very first Smartphone to have the Intel Midfield processor.

The main strength of the Lenovo K800 is that it will come preinstalled with the latest Android version, Ice Cream Sandwich. The Lenovo K800 will first be made available in China and after that, that’s the only time the handset will be circulated around the world.

The new Lenovo K800 was compared with three other Smartphones: the HTC One S, the HTC One X, and the Galaxy Note. See below for Lenovo K800’s first benchmark scores against the three other Smartphones.
