I have Lenovo ThinkPad with Windows 7. Recently I tried to upgrade to latest version of Integrated Camera Software, but received error saying drivers not compatible.
Does anybody know the cause of this problem and how to rectify this issue? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

To resolve the issue you are getting when you try to use the camera on the Lenovo ThinkPad, you will need to do the following:

On your computer, access the Device Manager by right clicking on Computer > Properties > Device Manager.

In the Device Manager window, locate the camera drivers from the list.

Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet and then update the drivers.

When the update has finished successfully, try using the camera again and see if it will work this time round.
If you still get the issue, you might need to uninstall and then reinstall the camera application that you are using.
