It seems like this error occurred due to some fault in the hard drive deployed in your PC. If you have a little knowledge of computer hardware, try to remove the hard drive from PC. Deploy it inside another working PC and use a reformat tool on it from the manufacturer’s website. Now, put it back inside your PC and install the Windows again. If it is still showing this error, then try to perform the installation after disconnecting all the external devices attached to the computer.
