Hi, I am Sanju, an engineering student. I use outlook a lot for my sending and receiving my emails, but now it got crashed unexpectedly. A day ago, I was having a problem with some of its features too. Can you suggest me some ways to fix my problem?

Yes you can fix it by starting outlook in safe mode.

 Use the run box;

1- Press the windows+R keys at the same time to open the run box.

2- Type the following command and press ENTER.

Outlook.exe/safe

3- The app will open in safe mode asking you to select the default profile
