An hour ago I suddenly by mistake deleted my important file which was already in the deleted file folder of the outlook. Can anyone help me in retrieving permanently deleted emails from outlook. Reply ASAP.

If your file is no longer in the deleted items folder, the next place to search for the file is recoverable items folder which is a hidden folder. Items which are permanently deleted are stored here. Click on deleted itemsinyour email folder list. Click on recover deleted items from server after making sure that home is selected. Last step is to select the item you wish to recover by clicking on recover selected item and then click on ok. Hope this helps.

Right, that’s the folder to search for permanently deleted messages. In Microsoft Office Outlook, when you delete a message, it goes straight to the “Deleted Items” folder and next to it is the number of items it currently stores. Now, if you empty this folder, you can try recovering those messages by clicking on the “Recover Deleted Items From Server” and hope you can still recover the messages.

But if you cannot find it there, the last resort is to recover deleted files from your computer. Try PC Tools Performance Toolkit then follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it. Once installed, start PC Tools then go to “Recovery” tab and click “Recover Lost Files.”

Configure the scan then in “Scan by file type,” select only “Email” to be precise on what to search and to make the scan short.
