Yes, of course. Follow these steps to reach the recovery form:
1. First, go to the Password reset page.
2. Then, select the reason you can’t sign in, and click Next.
3. Now, enter the email address, Skype name, or phone number that you used while creating your Microsoft account.
4. Enter the characters you see on the screen, and click Next.
5. Then, select I don’t have any of these when in need to verify your id, and then click Next.
You are now at the page that says Recover your account. Now, do the following:
1. Enter an email address which we can use to contact you about account recovery, and then click Next.
2. A screen pops up asking you to verify that provided email address. We’ll send you a security code on that email. Enter that code, and then click Verify.
3. Now you’re asked to answer certain questions about yourself and about your account.
4. Click Submit when you’re finished.
