Learn how to encrypt email outlook

For email encrypting in Microsoft Outlook, all you need is a digital ID first.

• In the outlook account, from Options, click Trust centre.
• Click Trust Centre Settings and go for Email Security and Get a Digital ID.

• Now from the Email Security submenu, click Email Security-> settings.
• Click Security Setting Preferences and now click New.
• Now create a name for your settings.
• Select a cryptographic format.
• Select the required certificates to encrypt by signing the certificates.
• Send the certificates as signed messages.

 You’ll have to exchange signatures with your recipient(s) before starting.
